IGNOU and RCI sign agreement
Indira Gandhi National Open University has signed a memorandum of understanding with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) to jointly promote and implement extension training and education programmes for special target groups of the disabled. K. Laxman, Registrar, IGNOU and Dr. J. P. Singh, Member Secretary, RCI, signed the agreement.
