An association of former IIMS on Friday approached the Delhi High Court seeking for the centre for the provision of quota for OBC students in higher education institutions, particularly in IIMS.
The Association has represented that the government had misinterpreted the judgement of the Supreme Court, in compliance with the CBO reservation, had said he did not apply to institutions of higher education.
“The report of the Constitution saddle judgement is clear, and she said that the booking is not available at post-graduate diploma, the association supports before a bench of Justices TS Mirdul and Siddharth Thakur.
The saddle after a short negotiation, request the Centre’s reply.
The government has however sought to go some time by stopping at the reaction to allegations by the club.
