The fourth edition of the VTU Education Fair-2005, to help engineering course aspirants obtain first hand information about different colleges and courses will be held in Bangalore between April 30 and May 3.
The fair to be held at Palace Sheesh Mahal, Palace Grounds, will provide an opportunity for students to interact with representatives from various colleges, obtain information on facilities available, courses offered, staff strength, academic achievements and so forth. The main objective of the fair is to help students in choosing the right college and the course when they appear for CET counselling. They need not have to depend on agents and touts for the same, Vishweshvariah Technical University Regional Office, Bangalore, Special Officer K A Ranganath Shetty said in a press release.
The four-day fair is being held to coincide with the CET dates (May 3 and 4) and Comed-k entrance test (May 1). The fair will be inaugurated by Primary and Secondary Education Minister Ramalinga Reddy on April 30 at 9:30 am.
