National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune The institute has been regarded as one of the reputed one and is approved by Government of India and recognized by AICTE. The candidates can apply for the various Full Time PGDM Programme till April 15, 2009. The Institute is leading educational Institute established by the India construction industry in September 1983 as recogonised by the Government, non-profit academic body. NICMAR Pune is recogonised by the Government of India as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation – SIRO. The Institute was started with technical assistance from UNDP and academic inputs from the faculty of Lough brough and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Quantity Surveying (PGB QS) Full time, offered from Hyderabad.
Health, Safety and Environment Management Full time, offered from Hyderabad.
Two year Post graduate Prgraame in Advanced construction Management (PGP ACM) offered by Goa Campus:
Course trains Civil Engineers and Architects to become techno-commercial managers capable of handling projects in construction business and infrastructure development
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate should have passed Bachelor’s degree from any of the recognized universities with 60% marks at Least
The candidates pursuing their final year degree examinations are also eligible to apply.’
