The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has commenced issuance of applications for Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme. All graduates are eligible for the course. On successful completion of the first year of the course itself the candidates would receive Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). Classes would be conducted only on Sundays. All study materials related to the course will be delivered to the respective candidates at their doorsteps.
Applications can be had from IGNOUs Programme Study Centre at 27, Taylors road, Kilpauk, Chennai 10, for Rs 50 on all days between 9am - 6pm. According to a press release, final year BCA students of IGNOU, can register for second year MCA directly.
