In a recent step taken by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) it is going to standardize the syllabus and fee structure of all the educational institutes across country. For such a step it is going to organize a two day seminar in Bhubaneswar on 22 and 23 August.
As the students are facing a lot of problems in studying such technical courses all over the country due to the difference in contents of the courses, AICTE is contemplating to equalise the syllabus said Orissa Private College Engineering College Association (OPECA) general secretary Vinod Dash.
Also students prefer to study in those institutes who take much fees in a view of better study. And these institutes lure such minded students with bulk money. Hence AICTE is contemplating to equalize both fee structure and syllabus. In the two day seminar all the chancellors and institute heads of North-Eastern states will congregate to share their ideas on this. Also in these states it will be implemented on an experimental basis he added
