If not Pakistan then India a helping hand for Nepal.

A long awaited requirement for the position of Urdu professor of Tribhuvan University, Nepal is now seeking Indias help. The Urdu department of Tribhuvan University which has been closed since 2001 will be reopened if the Indian embassy gave a helping hand, says Prof S M Habibullah, head of the political science department and senator of the university.
There are 1.5 million Muslims living in Nepal and to solve the language problem of Muslims`, Nepal Government had made an agreement with the Pakistan in 1985 to provide an Urdu Professor to Nepal.
