New pattern. for the CBSE Class X 2008 batch

CBSE has announced its decision of introducing the grading system for Class X students from 2008, the board will finally come out with pass or fail tag for the students.

The nine point grading system would require the students to get qualifying grades in four of the five subjects to get promoted to the next level. Thought he this change will take place in 2008 ,the emphasis on internal assessment and examination reforms will begin to shape from the coming Board examinations in 2006.

Extra 15 minutes will be allotted to students before every exam for reading the question paper, redesigning the format of the Class X and Class XII papers to ensure students can solve it 30 minutes before the three hour time are some of the other major changes for the store of CBSE, many more are yet to come.
