Online display of norms says AICTE

As of now,4.5 lakh seats in engineering ,25,000 in pharmacy,3600 in hotel management ,4500 in architecture,75,000 in management and 56,000 in MCA are available and the availability of the seats would go up manifold in future.

To protect the interest of the students and the institutes AICTE sent notices to professional institutes for flouting norms. We want institutes not only to follow norms but also display all information on websites so that the students can make an informed choice. Vice chairman R A Yadav said.
