Festive Scheme for Student from BSNL

State owned cellular service provider BSNL has relaunched its successful Student Power Scheme. Under this festival scheme offer till October 30, students can avail themselves of cell connections at a monthly rental of Rs. 99. This scheme also includes a special SMS package entailing monthly charges of Rs. 40.
