Indias apex hospitality trade association FHRAI has set up its dream project - The FHRAI Institute of Hospitality Management at Greater Noida. The FHRAI has already signed two agreements with Ecole Hotelire de Lausanne (EHL) of Switzerland for consulting support and academic certification of this institute.
The institutes sources said that first academic session of the FHRAI Institute of Hospitality Management has already begun. The institute has admitted 45 students in the first year. The students will be getting intensive training from the institute on the curriculum designed by EHL of Switzerland. The main courses offered by the institute are food production, food service, front office and housekeeping.
